Masukkan telur & esen vanilla, dikacau rata lalu dimasukkan tepung gandum. Uli hingga sebati. Sejukkan adunan di dalam peti ais kira-kira 30 minit atau 1 jam sebelum menerapnya. Canai adunan dan terap, lalu diisikan ke dalam acuan tartlett. Cucukkan dasar adunan ini dgn garpu sebelum membakarnya dgn suhu 180 darjah selama kira-kira 25-30 minit. Didihkan air secukupnya didalam periuk. Masukkan 2 sudu makan minyak (ini agar macaroninya tidak melekat). Rebus sehingga macaroninya lembut. Angkat, toskan dan ketepikan. </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center">2. Cara untuk Sos Pasta: Panaskan kuali dan tuangkan sedikit minyak. Tumis bawang putih sehingga naik bau, masukkan cili padi thailand dan juga bawang besar dan tumis sehingga naik bau dan layu. </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center">3. Masukkan pula daging cincang dan bila ia telah bertukar warna, masukkan pula cendawan butang.</div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center">4. Masukkan pula Campbell’s Prego Traditional Pasta Sauce dan lebihan sos yang didalam tin dimasukkan sedikit air dan dimasukkan sekali. Setiap tin sos yang D gunakan D tambahkan 1 tin air. Ini agar sosnya banyak dan bila digaul dengan macaroni ia lembab dan tidak terlalu kering. </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center">5. Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa dan juga serbuk perasa jika suka. Masak sehingga kuahnya mendidih dan rasa lagi kuahnya jika kurang perasanya tambah sepatutnya. Ketepikan. </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center">6. Cara untuk Sos Cheese: Panaskan periuk. Masukkan mentega dan gunakan api yang sederhana kecil. Bila mentega telah cair. Masukkan tepung dan menggunakan whisk kacau tepung tersebut sehingga ia sebati dengan mentega. Dikacau selalu untuk mengelakkan tepung dari hangus. </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center">7. Kemudian masukkan pula susu segar sedikit dan larutkan adunan tepung bersama mentega tadi dengan menggunakan whisk (ini untuk mengelakkan tepung dari bergentil-gentil). Bila tepung telah sebati dengan susu tadi masukkan lebihan susu segar dan juga air. Dikacau dengan whisk selalu agar tepungnya tidak melekat pada dasar periuk dan hangus nanti sos cheese jadi tak sedap. </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center">8. Bila sosnya mula mendidih sikit. Masukkan keju cheddar yang telah diparut dan kacau sehingga ia larut. Masukkan juga serbuk lada hitam. Dan bila ia mendidih sepenuhnya, padamkan api dan sos cheese telah pun sedia. Ketepikan. </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center">9. Cara menyediakan Macaroni and Cheese: Sos pasta yang telah disediakan tadi dimasukkan macaroni yang telah direbus dan gaul rata. Ia hendaklah tidak terlalu kering. Macaroni yang disalut dengan sos pasta haruslah lembab-lembab sedikit. </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center">10. Sendukkan macaroni kedalam loyang aluminium. Kemudian tutup permukaan macaroni dengan sos cheese secukupnya. Kemudian taburkan dengan mozarella cheese yang telah diparut. </div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center">11. Bakar dalam ketuhar pada suhu 160’C sehingga permukaannya kekuningan.
