Chocolate Praline...

CHOCOLATE PRALINE
(Dapat dlm 30cups)
190gm Milk Chocolate
10gm Crisco
Secukup Almond atau Hazelnut - bakar sebentar (Hazel suka pakai Hazelnut)
Secukup Creamy Peanut Butter
Cara2 nya:
* Double boil chocolate dgn crisco. Kacau hingga sebati. Bila da larut, biarkan sejuk @room temperature. (Dlm 5min)
* Sapukan cooking chocolate di keliling Aluminium cup. Texture chocolate agak pekat sikit. Habis sapu chocolate, simpan sebentar di dlm fridge. (Dlm 20min)
* Bila chocolate da agak keras, picitkan pula sedikit creamy peanut butter di dlm nya. Lalu letakkan sebiji Hazelnut/Almond.
* Kemudian lebihan chocolate tadi hendaklah di dbl doil kan lagi, lalu tuangkan di atasnya. Tuang hingga penuh.
* Simpan lagi di dlm fridge hingga chocolate benar2 set. The best biarkan for at least 3hrs.
